Vivacious Cloud automatically routes containerized training workloads to cost-optimal GPU instances across authorized cloud broker networks. We provide autonomous scheduling, telemetry, and checkpoint staging; we do not author, inspect, or modify your model code or training data.
2. Privacy & Zero Training Guarantee
We never inspect, read, sell, share, or train internal AI models on your private datasets, prompt completions, or model weights. Raw training datasets and intermediate staging checkpoints are permanently and automatically deleted immediately upon job exit (completion, failure, or cancellation).
3. Billing & 10% Mid-Run Surge Protection
Your effective hourly compute rate is locked at deployment time. If underlying wholesale GPU broker spot rates surge by more than 10% over your locked rate mid-run, our policy automatically triggers a Safe Stop to protect your funds from unapproved billing drift.
4. Account Integrity & Anti-Fraud Enforcement
Any attempt to tamper with billing tokens, forge cryptographic permits, bypass metering checkpoints, manipulate wallet balances, or exploit infrastructure triggers immediate account suspension and model weight access revocation.
